The Chef Lola Story
A Journey of Flavor & Passion
Born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, Chef Lorell Díaz grew up in a family where culinary art was more than just a passion; it was a way of life.
Throughout her career, Chef Lorell had the opportunity to travel across the United States, immersing herself in the diverse flavors and gastronomy of cities like Pasadena, California, New York, and Miami. Along the way, she honed her skills under the mentorship of renowned chefs such as Chef Wilo Benet, Chef Emeril Lagasse, Chef Fernando Grill, and Chef Augustos Schreiner, gaining expertise in kitchen management and restaurant operations.
Her experience as a young chef allowed her to work in various convention centers, participate in restaurant openings, and design innovative menus; all of which have shaped her ability to deliver an exceptional culinary experience.
2017 · Silver Medal
As a proud member of The Culinary Team of Puerto Rico, Chef Lorell contributed to winning a Silver Medal; a testament to her dedication to bold flavor fusions and an elevated dining experience.
2021 · Creations Cuisine Bistro
Chef Lorell took a bold step in her culinary journey by opening Creations Cuisine Bistro in Dundee, Florida; a place where her unique vision and mastery of flavors come to life.
Today, Chef Lorell Díaz and Creations Cuisine continue to redefine gastronomy in Central Florida, delivering world-class flavors and impeccable service to every event and dining experience.
